The circumstances for making the sale of the apartment at Hayden on Hudson were sad for my brother and I.. My Dad had passed away a year ago and it was time to let go. Michael and I had lived there when mom and dad had rented there in 1969 as one of the first tenants and when the building went condo, they purchased the apartment.
